In this workshop, actors of all ages (6+) train for two consecutive Thursdays with Diane Christiansen and one night with our guest instructor. Diane hand-picks scenes for each individual actor; taking ‘type’ & ‘castability’ into consideration.
These polished and well-coached scenes will present you at your absolute finest! Nowhere else can you show your very best in performance-ready scenes in front of one of the Industry’s dynamos – plus receive coaching and in-depth feedback from our guest instructor!
Along with two nights of coaching from Diane Christiansen, Actors Platform Performance Workshop will include:
an introduction to learn about our guest instructor’s, career and previous projects
a discussion of the types of genres he is currently casting
a look into audition techniques and how to adapt your acting styles
tips regarding your self-tape auditions
Q & A period where actors may ask any burning questions they have
and of course, a presentation of our well prepared scenes followed by redirection and specific notes
